Last week I posted the BELOW BLOG concerning being {RIPPED]OFF} by a bloke at the Upper Ross..for a car Air-con repair > (NEW) Today Wednesday Novr.26th, I was told more stories of Underhanding by this Business at the Upper Ross and such stories have come from other mechanical avenues..Its all perhaps HEARSAY, but it has ACTUALLY happened to me and cost me $871.50 for NOTHING..because NOTHING WORKS at all.,,So obviously there is Truth in this rather SUS Business dealings.. ======================================================= Friday Novr.14th>>> RIPPED-OFF ============================ FEELING Cheated and Disillusioned .. Yesterday Thursday, went back to the Car air con guy at the Upper Ross SS..calls himself Rod at AIR NQ..Three weeks ago had the Hyundai air con totally replaced..New Compressor and belt that drives it, as he said the compressor was leaking Gas..So replaced all and re-gassed.,,The next day I took it back and told him that IT was not cold..He said it was..It was to end in a match where he stated it was cold and I said NO..Everyone else who FELT the air con said its not working properly. Yesterday I went back to him, as yesterday the Air-con totally failed..would not work at all..not one bit of cool air, let alone cold.. He told me after an argument, because I was upset at paying near on a THOUSAND to have it fixed by him,, to bring it back next Monday..as he had too much work to look at it (Yesterday)..TODAY at 10am he rang me and told me he didnt want me to come back..That he had done ENOUGH and take the car to someone else, as he didnt want to work on it and didnt want my business.This phone call was one to STUN me>. Yes,yesterday I was Upset, as anyone would be when paying out such a Huge sum of money and Nothing worked!!~TO ME. I figured he should have honoured his work..and EVEN if something else had developed to stop the air con working (which was now totally NEW)..He should have at least inspected it to see what the problem was..Thats called customer service IF You take something to anywhere to be fixed..and it is not but you are left worthless with something not working, YET paid out a large sum of money..naturally you would be Uptight.He did make a remark yesterday that anyone else (meaning another Air-con business) would have charged me MORE to fix it. WELL right now today, as anyone reads this BLOG..thats exactly where I am at..NO air-con..money paid and got nothing for the actual $900 paid.. What a world we live in with air-CON people..and CON is the right word. Whatever the reason?? for the air con failing (as its new) is in my estimation, the fault of the person fixing it originally..and,, as I said EVEN if for some reason IT had developed another fault?? (how does a NEW air con unit develop a fault again as NEW???**) **You would NEVER know what the Problem was until an Inspection was made..How could you?No one could> I am at a stage of real disillusionment with Business.. Having been in Business before..I would never leave a customer stranded...BUT I am not just stranded..I am OUT in the Atlantic Ocean..with NO other Option but to BUY another Air-con Business Option..whatever that cost will be. NOT a good world at all
