Teach them to fill their cups , hold it for them anyway because frailness is sometimes an innate thing 2. Selfies are about you first and not for social media , if your aspirations are around pleasing others , just sit down and remember your maker . He loves you and as perfection you him . 3. Dont worry . Invest the same energy in greatness . Worrying could lead to a cardiac arrest and you of purpose 4. The greatest lesson you are to learn is honesty . Truth is a blessing . Be soul . Speak the soul , the mind and heart alike 5. Every step taken is success , so is making it to today . Do not fall victim to comparing yourself to others . Your journeys are totally different . When we compare ourselves we forget to live . So just live. 6 . Every emotion is still meant to be felt ,so is pain , hurt e.t.c . You still strong when you weak , the heart is beating still aint it ? 7. Do not attempt fitting in , it doesnt suit you . You are an intricate design . Fitting in means ignoring certain aspects of you and you left further incomplete . 8. Silence remains golden . Silence is perspective . Silence is absorbing . Silencing is understing . Silence is being still and knowing you God/(of God) 9. Finish what you start . Make your bed in the best way so its not uncomfortable when you wanna retire in it . 10. Life is energy . You are energy . Be careful of the energies you keep around your field . They could strenghten or kill your charge.
