***Local Cake Makers*** I will be demonstrating this evening (27 May) at Letchworth Sugar Club. I will be making an Eeyore Cake Topper and also demonstrating the Ruffle Technique I used for the Ruffle cake that was awarded Gold at Cake International in April this year.
