*Long post alert* So when I started Beachbody a little over 6 months ago I really just wanted to look better and be happier with my self. Plain and simple..I just wasnt happy with the way I looked so I wanted a change. Little did I know..... Yep, I accomplished the first goal. I am happy with the way I look now. BUT wow what I wasnt expecting was how much it would change my life in so many areas!! Spiritually, emotionally, and physically I have changed for the better. I cant name every example because it would take forever but heres one I was thinking about the other day.... No one really talks about arguing with their significant other on Facebook. We want everyone to think we have a perfect man blah blah yeah right, always putting best face forward for Facebook....lets get real. We all argue/have disagreements with our significant other, its life. So for real Ronny Lee and I used to have pretty heated arguments about once per month. Honestly it was usually(not always though😉) my fault bc I could get emotional and be over dramatic! I can honestly say now not even joshing you that we have not been mad each other once since July of this year. Now dont get me wrong, weve disagreed on some things since then but its usually 5 seconds and we talk it out and its over with...I 100% know that the reason is because of Beachbody. We have both built stronger relationships with God, educated ourselves through personal development, and take much better care of our bodies(exercising just makes you frickin happy😃😃😃) thanks to Beachbody and in return our relationship with each other and also other relationships in our lives are so much stronger. Beachbody was God sent, no doubt. Just keeping it real✌️
