#LongTestimony: In April I interviewed for a position with US Airways and just KNEW that I was going to get the job right away. I needed the money and I was definitely qualified for the position. I prayed and thanked God in advance for the job but there was one thing that was wrong - I was still in a year contract with #AmeriCorps and if I left for the other job, it wouldve not only voided my contract but would have left a huge workload of responsibility on my other service members so I prayed for God to hold the position for me until the end of July when I knew I would be finished. I never heard back from them and I started wondering what happened and it was getting closer to the end of my contract and I didnt have a job lined up. I started searching for a job and long story short, I was hired with Guildford County Schools System. WHAT I DID NOT TELL YOU ALL (lol) is that on the DAY I SIGNED MY LETTER OF INTENT with my principal, a few hours later while having lunch with one of my sisters, I get a phone call that I thought was from GCS HR department. Who do ya think it was??? US AIRWAYS. What did they want? To know if I was still interested in the position and that since I had already interviewed for it all I had to do was accept the position and start the next orientation. -_-
