~Lost and Tired~ My feet have grown weary and want to stop Standing at the bottom staring at the distant top Questioning my mission and mental disposition While attempting to have people simply listen Time has beat me down to the frozen ground My tortured heart now finds it harder to pound Staring at the mirror and its recorded reflection Deranged by a dislocated spiritual connection Yet I won’t be defeated by misunderstanding I am the captain of this ship I’m commanding Because if it sinks or washes up on the shore Too many will lose the next impending war So although I may grow lost and tired And may find it hard to remain inspired I’ll wear this gift like a permanent tattoo While I try to describe it in words to you (From my yet to be released 11th Book) God Bless and Best Wishes My Friends
