:) Low Carb Banana Bread Recipe INGREDIENTS: 2 ripened bananas, mashed 3 large eggs 2 tbs oil 1/4 cup water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup Stevia 2 cups almond flour 1 tbs baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup chopped walnuts DIRECCTIONS: *Preheat oven to 350. *Grease loaf pan with butter. *In a bowl, add the mashed banana, eggs, vanilla extract, and oil. *Mix all this together and then add in the water, slowly. *You might need a wee bit less than the 1/4 of water, so stir it as you go so as not to overdo it. *Stir in the almond flour, Stevia, baking powder, salt, and chopped walnuts.
