Every time it rains the West Wing of the shelter floods like this. Not only do these poor dogs have to endure temperatures of over 90 degrees with no air and hardly any ventilation, but they have to suffer even worse every single time it rains. Anywhere else this would be considered animal cruelty. The shelter is so over crowded right now, there are 3 dogs in every small kennel. It is absurd. Nothing gets done, it is a forever hamster wheel with these jerkoff politicians who run this city. Jimenez should be ashamed of himself. This is Miami not some third world country where this would be expected. We need to show them we are not giving up and something needs to be done ASAP!!!
