☆☆MOVE OF THE DAY!!☆☆ INSANITY MAX 30 - Week 4, Day 1 Cardio Challenge! I honestly was not paying attention to my max out time because my CALVES were on fire! I could not focus on anything else. It doesnt hurt! I kept telling myself! Lol! This is one of the toughest moves in this workout. Wide in/out abs back to a shoulder tap burpee!! Right coordination, balance and mental toughness! Tip of the day: use your abs to bring your legs in. You are working your core! How do you think I did?
