[MUSIC TO MUSE TO] Im on the tail end of a project and I need something to help me get into an energetic mindset. Because thats how life goes, right? As much as wed like to be on purpose and in passion all the time, the reality is that most likely, we ebb and flow throughout a day, a week, the seasons, and through various phases of our lives. For me, after I put my daughter to bed, Im LULLED. And most of the time I have my life designed around those cycles. There are times, though, that I must stay in integrity and honor deadlines Ive set. How do we manage this without brutally forcing ourselves through it? What do you do to lovingly bring yourself into the frame of mind, or energy state, you need to be in when the deadline is non-negotiatble?
