“Make a fish soup is easy and healthy, it’s a good idea to taste those fish with a faint taste and not much appreciated, specially from kids” Difficulty: ★ Preparation time: 30 min Servings: 4 Calories per serving: 200 kcal Ingredients: Skinned Fish fillet – 1 kg (2.20 lb.) Cabbage – 150 g (5.29 oz.) Carrots (sliced) – 1 PC. Cherry tomatoes – 10 PCs. Green onion (sliced) – 1 large stalk Black pepper (ground) – 1/4 tsp. Ginger (sliced) – 25 g (0.88 oz.) Fish stock powder – 1/2 tsp. Salt – 3/4 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp. Lime juice – 1 PC. Hot water – 500 ml (16.91 fl.oz.) Directions: 1. Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pot and roast the white part of the green onion and ginger. 2. Add tomatoes and let soften 3. Add hot water, salt, fish stock powder, ground pepper and lime juice. 4. Bring to a boil and then add carrots and cabbage. 5.
