Alternate right and left, front knee does not go past front toe, back knee stays straight - but do not lock! 2.next, hands on ground to jump into low low lunges. Alternate right and left, same positions for legs as stated in high lunges 3.jump feet to hands, jump up with hands reaching for@the ceiling. 4.repeat for 30 seconds Have fun. Keep getting stronger!
