Man made mistakes drawn under takes accidents wonder thunder bakes 11]-Traffic police- vehicle head light glass - Half shade- glaring focus to riders in the night run hours- rush hours. Pedestrians- Senior cititzen- children road crossing- Foot pathless way walking—vendors trolley etc. The city has street tower lights of sodium vapour lamps. Hence the all type vehicles should have the half shade at ther glass of head lights. This is in work in 1960s in the country. But the government has forgotten the rules that are framed by them at the assembly or parliament. The half shade for head light to 2, 3, 4, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22 etc. wheelers should be done by PC on duty by black painting on the vehicle’s glass head light shade and collect the fine Rs100/ from the rider with receipt issue on firest wrong / mistake / rule breaker . For second time the fine to rider should be rs200 and so on as per the number of times of offence .The rider photo of passport size photo should viewed in the daily TV show of private TV channels say Sakshi, etv, maatv, express, 6v, v6, Gemini, T, i, hmtv, 10tv, tv9, raj news, Mahaa, DD national etc. By this telecast of the rule breaker the rule breaker will communicate to all types of vehicle riders to check the rules breaking on traffic Act.
