#Manya:NEC has approved and confirmed the appointment of Bugiri Woman legislator and party Chief Whip, Justine Kasule Lumumba as Secretary General , Nwoya County MP and Minister Without Portfolio Richard Todwong as Deputy Secretary General, Nakaseke Woman MP and Minister of Information and National Guidance, Rose Namayanja as party Treasurer and Kaberamaido County legislator Dr. Kenneth Omona as Deputy Treasurer. National Executive Committee has also approved outgoing controversial Makerere University don, Dr. Tanga Odoi as its party’s Electoral Commission Chairman while former Mbarara Municipality MP John Arimpa Kigyagi was elected unopposed in absence as Deputy EC Chairman. Former Bundibugyo woman MP, Jane Babiiha Alisemera was also nominated and unanimously approved as NRM -EC member. Will these new changes help strengthen NRM party?
