@Mashable you nailed it!! For NYC. I have been searching for a affordable studio now and its horrible. Its sad that not of these so call politications who continues to blow smoke up our a** to get them in office, but nobody, I mean nobody is fighting to keep these rents prices from raising. These affordable micro units that bloomberg is building started out as $900, they are up to $1500-$2000 and they are not even build yet.
