#Mathematics Trick: Finding the remainder when any number is divided by 9: For finding the remainder when any number is divided by 9, we should simply add all the digits of the number unltill we get a single digit no. We will understand this by an example; take 34 and divide it by 9 we will get remainder 7, we can find this remainder simply by adding the digits of number 3+4= 7, take another example; 147/9 , for getting the remainder we add all the digits of the number 147 until we get a single digit no. that is 1+4+7 = 12, now add the dgits of 12, 1+2 =3 so the remainder is 3. take another example; 245/9 --> 2+4+5 ----->11----> 1+1-----> 2 so the remainder is 2 349/9 -----> 3+4+9 ------> 16 ------> 1+6 -----> 7 so the remainder is 7 4567/9 -----> 4+5+6+7 -----> 22 -----> 2+2 ------> 4 so the remainder is 4 with the help of this method we can get the remainder of any number when divided by 9.
