We need talented/experienced engineers who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the Asia Pacific market. We are looking for Principal Structural Engineer. • Participate in concept development and assure structural integrity in design. • Participate in design reviews with the responsibility of structural design FE modeling and fatigue analysis. • Provides technical support for construction effort, including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, etc. • Mentor for the structural design team and help build a strong structural design group for both fabrication engineering and DLS group. • Develops, implements, and administers project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents as it relates to structural design. • Read client specifications and recommend drilling equipment solutions that meet client needs. • Lead structural design reviews. • Liaise with customer to assure structural design conformity. • Provide appropriate input to proposals and pre-qualifications. • Assist in evaluation and support of ongoing project from a structural design perspective. • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Engineering is mandatory, preferred a Master’s degree. • 15 years of minimum experience with exclusive offshore structure design • Structural fabrication experience is preferred • Ability to lead functional project team and manage critical timelines • Structured mind set with pronounced analytical skills • Excellent knowledge in SACS and SESAM • Proficient with any FEM package • Well versed in English • Good presentation skills • Ability to work independently • Being self-motivated and team player • Able to manage time and resources efficiently • Friendly colleagues in an industry with a bright future. • An environment where you are encouraged to develop your skills and share your knowledge with your colleagues. • Competitive benefits and strong focus on work-life balance.
