***More lies by Councilman Derrick Freeman*** Citizens of Port Arthur, you need to wake up and see when your friend and local politician is bullshitting you! Once again Freeman is holding up a check and claims things he is trying to do for this city. He said hes trying to save money for streets and infrastructure. As you can see with this video, while serving on council he was with the majority voting council to remove money from the streets program. He couldn’t care less about the streets in PA. He never done anything while on council in regards to streets and infrastructure; why would he do something if re-elected. Fact, we know he’s bad with money due to his “theft by check on his record and a civil judgment for $1,050 by his own mother. So we know we can’t believe anything he says in regards to money. Point blank we can’t trust him with money! That should have been a first indication of a lie. You have to know Derrick Freeman to understand his style. There was an article that came out a while called “Black and White Politics” that outlined Derrick Freeman’s whole game plane. Derrick is biracial and tries to play politics with it. With black folk he will help them by helping out with class reunions, get-togethers on a park, concerts, or try to have Bun B appear in a commercial or a local concert/voting registration drive. Things that has no value is what black folk get from Freeman. On the other hand, his white counter parts he gets things that are tangibles like contracts with the city and 1.2 million dollars in tax breaks with the city’s money. Derrick Freeman is biracial and has no racial ties to anybody, he will manipulate both side for political gain. “Zummos or Contracts” is what you get with Freeman. Black folk get Zummos and white folk get contracts. Think about it…what has Freeman done for this city except be a part of a concert, bar-b-que, and now I hear he’s railroading his class reunion.
