#MorningRants I find it very difficult to understand Nigerians especially when it comes to politics. You were all over the place throwing bricks when GEJ went to IBB to seek endorsement. Today, you are announcing the endorsement of Buhari by IBB with glee. Let us forget the hypocrisy involve because that is a norm in this climes. I am more concerned about the personalities involve. Today, OBJ mount the podium and talk about corruption, impunity,morality, election, security etc and he is applauded. You just feel like giving yourself a dirty slap and waking up from the stupid dream. Are we suffering from amnesia? Is our cerebrum faulty? Are we jinxed?. Make no mistake about it, GEJ is not the kind of leader we all want but OBJ and many others talking today have no moral right to talk but shut the hell up. In normal climes, some people talking today would have been pelted with rotten tomatoes but hey here Nigeria; a nation of anywhere belle face. OBJ talks about corruption when he committed the worst form of corruption in his time. What is the greater corruption than using your power to subvert the will of the people, where pre-determined results were given to INEC to announce. Today we can safely say we can remove GEJ with our votes come february 14, will an OBJ allow it? We are all witness to what happened in 2003 and 2007. Have we forgotten the level of impunity and utter disrepect for constituted authorities by OBJ and his goons. OBJ now talks of human right as if Zaki Biam and Odi happened during the time of my grandfather. After all these OBJ is still holding strong, giving us sanctimonious sermons and telling us who to vote next. And he gets accolade. Wow. I really wanna know how he is doing it I dont even wanna talk about IBB. A man who named himself the evil genius and maradona needs no further introduction. IBB was more or less the operational head of the coup that brought in Buhari. Hope you are all aware what happened afterwards in 1985?. Continu celebrating I am fast losing faith in a nation where the duo of OBJ and IBB must be consulted and have to be begged for endorsement on who will lead us and citizens going into frenzy on such endorsement.
