** Motivation - You can do it to ** Fraser shares his training experience from the end of last year.... This dude has worked really hard and from being a mobile as a plank of wood to being able to perform squats, push ups, pull ups, Deadlifts, presses and many more physically challenging exercises just shows what some focus and effort can bring you! Cant wait to continue his development at smash a few goals this year! ---------- I have been training with Kris for the past three months attending the performance men class three times a week. I decided that I needed to improve my general fitness with particular focus on improving my strength and flexibility. Having spoken to friends that had attended his previous classes and heard good reports I decided to enrol on the 6 week program. Training has been enjoyable and Kris took the time to explain the different exercises / lifting techniques some of which I had never done before. At the end of the programme I now see a real improvement on my fitness, strength and flexibility. Overall I have enjoyed the class and have signed up for another 6 weeks. If you are looking to make real improvements to your fitness, strength and flexibility i would have no hesitation in recommending the class. -------- See you all again this week!! :)
