(NB) Well here we are just one day away from the start of week 4 in the NFL. There are injuries to keep up with, and Bye weeks to contend with. The decisions we make now will make or break our fantasy chances. Even if you are 0-3 your season is not over, and you still can win in your leagues. Look for owners willing to trade one of your strengths for one of theirs, and snatch waiver wire studs before anyone in your league does. Below is the news from around the league. T.Y. Hilton (ankle) is practicing on Wednesday.(ROTO) Tony Romo (back, rest) will not practice Wednesday.(ROTO) ***Owners need to watch this closely.*** The Minnesota Vikings placed Matt Cassel on season-ending injured reserve with broken bones in his left foot meaning rookie Teddy Bridgewater will remain in the starting role for the rest of the season.(ESPN) Ryan Tannehill will start for the Dolphins again on Sunday, according to NFL Networks Jeff Darlington. This follows a Monday report that the Dolphins coaching staff had met with Tannehill to discuss his starting role. Tannehill took every rep with the first team offense at practice on Tuesday.(FFtoolbox) ***Look for him to be benched if things go wrong on the offense come game day. He is on a short leash*** Sidelined by a mysterious nerve issue in his throwing shoulder, Carson Palmer told reporters Tuesday that hes finally seeing signs of improvement. Its better. Its much, much better, Palmer said.(NFL) Knowshon Moreno is targeting the Dolphins Week 6 matchup with the Packers as his return date, following a dislocated elbow suffered in Week 2. Morenos original timetable put his recovery at four to eight weeks, and a Week 6 return would put him at the very early end of that estimate. In Morenos absence, RB Lamar Miller has carried the load for the Dolphins, racking up 132 total yards on 19 touches in Week 3. (FFtoolbox) Jordan Reed will not be playing in the Redskins Thursday night game in Week 4, according to Mike Jones of the Washington Post via Twitter. Additionally, Jones said that Reed sounded sketchy about his availability for the Redskins Week 5 Monday night game versus the Seahawks. Reed has been out since Week 1 with a hamstring pull. In his stead, Redskins TE Niles Paul has accumulated 18 catches for 253 yards and a touchdown.(FFtoolbox) The Oakland Raiders need all the help they can get on offense. Running back Maurice Jones-Drew -- after missing the past two games with a hand injury -- says hes ready to provide it.(NFL)
