[NEW MAHALLAH TRANSFER PROCESS] Bismillah. The following would be the updates for movement of students settlement. 1) The mahallah registration form need to fill up before keys collection of your new room from the MO of your new mahallah starting from 21st October only 3pm until 5pm. However, please note that the MO will be closed on the 23rd and the 24th and MO will operate again on the 25th onwards (9am until 3 pm) due to electrical default so the elevator couldnt run at that time. Waiting area please refer to notice board in your respected Mahallah Tabari. 2) The key to your old room needs to be returned to the MO at your respective new mahallah latest by the 31st October. 3) There’ll be MARC incharge during that day between 8 – 5 pm. The moving process is by phase. Transport for moving purposes would also be provided according to the given timetable. 21st & 22nd : Tabari, IM2, IM5, IM6. 25th & 26th : Tabari, IM2, IM 5, IM6, Maimunah, Talhah. However, if you plan to move your belongings on your own, you may do so during day time only, regardless on what date. Please also bear in mind that you are allowed to move your belongings ONLY. You are only allowed to stay in your new room starting from the 25th due to the lack of electricity. 4) For students who are currently on your postings, please refer to the MO of your respective new mahallah regarding on your moving process. 5) For students at IM6, you may contact our representative of the MARC, Bro. Mansur Musa (0189110534). 6) For undergraduate students who want to apply PG Room (Single Room) you can meet Assistant Mahallah Manager, Bro Taufiq at New Mahallah Office at Mahallah Khalid Al-Walid. The PG Room payments are refer to as Postgraduate Room. Car application for brothers will be listed shortly after finish the students transfer process but for sisters application, they’ll have to renew their application due to different principal.
