*** NEW REQUIREMENT *** PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER FOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT WORKSTREAM REQUIREMENT #13-00753 RECRUITER: MICHELLE ASHEN JOB LOCATION: PLAINSBORO, NJ AUGUST 15, 2013 Summary: The Source to Pay Program is an initiative to automate and simplify our business purchasing process by streaming our end-to-end process and standardizing our tools. Project Manager will run the Contract Management workstream which is part of the Source to Pay Program. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the overall management, coordination, execution, control, and completion of a project • Project Manager is primarily focused on Outputs • Manage the end-to-end Project Lifecycle for given initiative • Define project governance including definition of roles and responsibilities • Manage project requirements, scope, schedule / plan, quality, resources, and budget • Maintain project-specific issues, risks, decision logs • Communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders (as per communication plan) • Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications within BioPharma IT, business teams, and any third party involved • Adhere to the Client’s standard project estimation, approval, and change control processes • Ensure all projects adhere to the Program / Project Management Framework, ADM / System Development Lifecycle, Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP, Client policies and procedures, and other compliance processes • Manage conflict resolution and issue escalation • Manage all Go-Live, closeout, and transition to support activities • Coordinate with external / unrelated projects for potential impact • Have flexibility to work at various client facilities Required Skills: Program Manager / Project Manager, Contract Manager / Pay Program, and Pharmaceutical This 6+ month position starts ASAP.
