The main purpose of the position will be to provide 1st line help-desk support to commercial organisations, respond to incoming support requests via telephone, email or monitor system and assisting with onsite project work. The selected candidate will be studying on the job, this position has excellent prospects to advance within the company over time. Main duties include: • Receiving and responding to incoming calls and or emails regarding desktop hardware and or software issues. • Maintains and improves on SLA levels and first call resolution rates • Prioritises and responds to customer demands and expectations and escalate were necessary. • Log in instances of systems failure, repair, installation and removal in the company service management system. • Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors and troubleshoots associated end user PC hardware, software and networking products • Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors and troubleshoots associated server based hardware, software and networking products • Accompany Technical Account Manager to perform on site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex hardware problems or all onsite IT assets Key skills and attributes: • Have a strong interest in IT • IT GCSE, A Level or equivalent courses would be an advantage. • Good level oral and interpersonal communication skills • Good written skills for communication with senior employees and colleagues • Full driving licence for site visits • Able to prioritise workloads Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm Salary: £150.00 per week To apply for this opportunity please send your CV to [email protected]
