*NEWS FROM BAYFIELD HIGH SCHOOL* COUNSELORS CORNER- Progress Reports: As the first quarter has ended and we gear up for the second quarter, we have sent home progress reports for any student with a D or an F in at least one class. As always we encourage you to look at PowerSchool or to call your child’s BHS Counselor. CMAS TESTING- Attention Senior Parents-BHS will have CMAS (Colorado Measures of Academic Success) Testing for all Seniors in the content areas of Social Studies and Science. All Seniors are required to take these assessments. The testing dates will be November 11-13 from 7:50-11:35 am. HALLOWEEN DRESS CODE- Please be aware that all Halloween costumes must meet school dress code on Halloween day. This includes no masks. JOSTEN’S-JUNIOR AND SENIOR PARENTS- This is your last chance to order Josten’s for Seniors is October 28, 2014. The representative will be here from 9:30-10:00 AM on the 28th. ARIA CRANE BENEFIT CONCERT & SILENT AUCTION- BHS FOR Club and FCA are sponsoring a benefit concert and silent auction to support our very own Aria Crane on Tuesday, November 18th FCCLA – is currently selling Butter Braids for one of their fundraisers. Braids and caramel rolls are $12.00 and can be purchased from any FCCLA member or you can contact Mrs. Gagne at [email protected]. The Winter Sports Parent Meeting for Basketball and Wrestling will be on Monday, November 3, at 6:30 PM in the BHS Main Gym.
