-NFL games would get more and more popular every year. Everyone loves to watch football, NFL especially. -The decrease in attendance since 2008 is due to the way the league is controlling how the game is played. They are taking the excitement out of our game. -Every hit now a days is seen as a hit to the head, and they are all penalized. Because of this, the big hits, and the excitement and adrenaline around them are taken out of the game. -Celebrations and showboating is something else that the league is diminishing. Every player in the league knows the potential consequences, and quite frankly, most enjoy the excitement built around these aspects of the game -It’s just a fact; fans go to games for the atmosphere. They like the big hits, the game changing plays, and the show boating that goes with atmosphere and intensity of the players.
