Contrary to a press release made today, which is misleading, the Earlsdon Cottage remains open as usual and will continue to trade this weekend and into the future!!!! For the avoidance of doubt, we intend to appeal the decision made by Coventry City Council to ensure that we continue to provide a fantastic amenity to the City of Coventry. We are confident that the decision made by the Council will be overturned. In our opinion, this is already a struggling City and as such, the Councils actions only serve to worsen an already desperate Night Life situation that results in Coventry people struggling to find any sort of reasonable nightlife in the City whatsoever and find themselves in a situation having to leave the City to celebrate a night out!!! In comparison to other Cities and even towns, our City is years behind and your support whilst we appeal the Councils decision would be very much appreciated.
