A mom in our neighborhood had a baby with BLOOD in his diaper (he is five months old) She took him to CHOC ER where there is an EIGHT (8) hour wait because of the measles out break. She took him to another local ER and was told to leave immediately because there was a measles exposure there and to go home and stay home until they notify her of where to take her son with a bleeding rectum. Her doctor just called her and informed her that they are closing several Orange County Hospital ERs because it is now a Pandemic (her words from the doctor) Just a notification.
