The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, possess a willingness to learn and will be committed to meeting the same high standards that we have set forth for years to satisfy our clients. This is a high energy and fast paced, interactive position that will be enjoyable for a hard-working, motivated, goal-oriented individual. No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform High Level IPM, preventative commercial service to our clients. • Perform detailed services of client facilities and homes, prescribe customized treatments. PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • At least two (2) years work experience in commercial & Residential Pest Control preferred. • Hold a current Branch II Field Representative License and/or an Applicators license. • Ability to work independently and manage a route • Evaluate current pest situation by inspecting and prescribing a multi-faceted IPM treatment protocol in field, and properly documenting progress, etc. • High standard of customer service. • Must be extremely organized, sets schedule, POSITION REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma/GED • A valid drivers license • Must pass pre-employment background check, as well as pre-employment and drug screening COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive Pay • Health Care • Company Vehicle for Business use to take home • Company cell phone • Company Gas Card • Uniform Service provided Please email resume to Josh Fleenor at jfleenor@advancedipm to apply.
