~Namaste my kindred souls~ November ---- the month for reflection and spiritual exercise; the essence of my 11th Step effort to improve my conscious contact. Good News! You -- CAN -- silence or distract the voices. Do you meditate? Does it have a personal meaning for you? Have you a place where you can go and sense a realm of peace,....one that only hinges upon your practice? Begin with an environment: a spiritual setting -- your chosen place -- candles, incense and sound. Sight-Sound-Touch-Smell can be physical doorways to your spiritual realm. This morning I stumbled on this artist, new to me and this lilting 52 minute album which has brought me to that of which I write. Though 13 years behind its inception, never am I too late (nor are you) to begin.
