“Never say to a prospect on the phone, ‘Did I catch you at a bad time?’ This is a very negative way to start a call off. Why would you say such a negative thing to a prospect? Ask for permission to speak and ask them if they can listen but never suggest that you have done something wrong by interrupting them and then referring to it as a ‘bad time.’- from an MJ rant at a seminar in Las Vegas.
