**New Job Alert** Operations Assistant and Customer Services Executive Duties and Responsibilities • Answering Customer Service Telephone queries • Responding to online/email Customer Service queries • Reporting to venues box offices and suppliers • Obtaining venue sign off approval from relevant parties • Liaison with entertainment marketing agencies, producers and venue box offices • Working with social buying and social media channels to place entertainment product on behalf of our suppliers • Set up and management of tickets on Client’s system or on supporting box office systems • Inserting web copy / text and images into systems • Contacting supplier for rates and information • Monitoring product live on sale through sales channels • Reporting on campaigns and making recommendations for future activity • Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of the business. • Any other reasonable operational duty requested by Manager Essential skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent Telephone Manner • Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Strong numeric skills • Great communication skills (verbal and written) • Team/Solo player • Adaptable and flexible For more info send your CV to [email protected] now!
