-New Route Announcement- “JAL will be operating direct services for Bangkok-Nagoya from 20th December 2014” Sawadee Ka! My name is Nutty and I am a cabin crew based in Bangkok.(Right side of photo) This white Jacket is only worn by Chief Purser (Chief cabin attendant). There are about 600 Thai cabin crew members in the Japan Airlines Bangkok branch. The cabin crews have the opportunity to fly all over the world including Tokyo, Sydney, Honolulu, Los Angeles and Boston. For the Bangkok Branch, there are 20 Chief Pursers for the Bangkok-Kansai route. From 20th December 2014, JAL starts flying to Nagoya (Chubu Centrair International Airport). With this direct service, travelling to and experiencing of Nagoya’s attractions and culture has been made more accessible and convenient to all. One of the world heritage attractions will be the Historic Village of Shirakawa and Hida-Takayama. The Chief Pursers will also be in charge of this new route.
