No where in this article is there mention of accepting one single tax dollar. How is this possible. When i asked Andrew Mele, Principal @ Trammel Crow if the Huber Project could be developed without tax incentives he was adamant that investors would pull out were not for the K.O.Z. tax breaks. I just heard Trammel Crow flipped the Hanover Project. and skipped off with $11 million in profit. County Council has vowed to see how legal that little stunt was. Id rather have local guys like joe running things than these Global Clonglomerates comming in here and playing us for fools. Good Job Joe Amato!
