Lemon and butter dipping ingredients: Butter – 2 tbsp. Lemon juice – from 1 PC. Black pepper (ground) – 1/4 tsp. Red chili (chopped) – 2 PCs. Ginger (chopped) – 25 g (0.88 oz.) Parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp. Garlic (minced) – 3 cloves Kaffir Lime leaves (chopped) – 2 PCs. Bouillon cube – 1/4 PC. Salt – 1/4 tsp. Potato starch (or cornstarch) – 1 tsp. Water – 150 ml (5.07 fl.oz.) Directions: 1. Clean and steam mussels for 15 minutes 2. Melt the butter in a sauce pan or a small skillet 3. Add the garlic and ginger and sweat for 2 minutes 4.
