Similar set up have been set up at the site before. According to the facebook page Charter Study Room, a page dedicated to the study area in the occupied site, the electricity in the study area was initially provided by portable batteries and was changed to small electricity generator afterwards. It seems that the electricity generator powered by wind has come into fashion!
