OMG, I am super disappointment! I took my ipod air for them people that fix electronics stuff over at MOA for $200 because my screen was crack and the volume was broken. After 3 days; they fix it and I went to pick it up; I came home and something went wrong with the pressing button & so I have to bring it back for them to fix because it wasnt like that when I first give it to them. Got me piss off & S-N-A-P at them. I left my Ipad air with them again. Its been a week now and they keep lying its ready & its not even ready. Because 3 days ago; I went to pick it up because they say its ready. BUt when I got there, the button wasnt even fix yet and they lie to us. Got me even more piss off. I told them that Ill come the next day and it better be ready. So I called them the next day on my way there and they say that it is ready but he knowing I am on my way; he change his words and say: it be done by 8:30pm. OMG! That got me super mad and told them Ill come get it later that time.Then when it was getting close around 8ish. I called them before I go; They didnt even answer, ignoring my calls. So I left a message saying that its late. I got work, things to do in the morning and Ill come get it tomorrow. And that hopefully they wont lie to us again; because its been a week. Its not even ready. I am super disappointed; told them that it better be ready or else: I will file a complaint on their services and etc. I called today again to make sure its done and the guy answer: I said: Is it ready to pick up because I dont want you guys to lie to us again. He starts to say what?! and say maam dont try to cost drama here. He was trying to talk over me. I said. I was disappointed in you guys servies, Its been a week now and you guys lie to us. He say: no it was ready that time. I said; 3 days ago; I called; you guys say it was ready and when I came; it wasnt. I was super mad. He says: it wasnt ready that time and said: maam you need to come pick it up. I said: well, I want to make sure its 100 percent ready, I dont want another lie. As long as its ready; everything is cool. He then say: okay. [PhoneClicks] MANNN! Those people services are very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna go there and talk to their manager; because I talk to him before about the button. Because that guy that talk to me is just the worker. THeir services need some upgrade and need to stop lying back and forth. They need to call and let us know If its not ready to pick up or not. Sick of them workers, never ever going there again for their services again. If something is wrong with my Ipad air; I will go back there and do what I got to do. 100 percent will file a complaint to their unprofessional services! - J
