[OPPORTUNITY] Kuns Onbeperk, Oudtshoorn, the non-profit organisation that presents i.a. the Klein Karoo National Arts Festival, kknk.co.za, has a vacancy for an Operations Manager. Kuns Onbeperk is a distinguished investor in especially the Afrikaans arts industry. The company has a burning passion to sustainably execute their vision of being a leader in and through the arts. The successful candidate will be required to further strategic leadership in the implementation of this vision. A specific set of skills and experience are required to be considered for the role of the Operations Manager. The successful candidate should also be at ease within an Afrikaans milieu and willing to reside in Oudtshoorn. Knowledge, Experience and Competencies • Relevant degree (preferably Business Management) • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in multi-disciplinary business or project management environment. • Strong Database Management and administrative skills • An appreciation of and insight into the national arts environment. • Strong business and financial acumen. • Ability to build networks and cultivate lasting relationships. • Innovative and lateral thinking. • Management of Diversity Closing date for applications: 15 July 2014.
