~~ OUTLOOK FOR SUNDAY AND THE BIG WET ~~ It looks like the Low is going to begin breaking down a little bit tonight and during tomorrow. It should be situated near Moomba in NE SA, with the Trough associated with it heading through Central NT and along the QLD/NSW Border. The bulk of the Rain is expected to cover NSW tomorrow, with not many places remaining dry. Thanks to a Surface Low near Newcastle, the Heaviest Falls should be over the Hunter and through the NW Slopes and Plains. Storms are possible around Moomba in the NE of SA, and through Western QLD as some Instability lingers around from this Low. Nothing more than Heavy Rain should be associated with Storms, and possibly the odd Strong Gust. In all cases, Storms should be slow moving towards the South to South-East Showers and Rain periods are also set to continue for Southern NT. So Alice Springs looks to be set for some more Rain. Falls in excess of 30mm are possible across the Southern NT, while Isolated Falls up to 50mm could be observed through the Hunter/NW Slopes in NSW. For Outback NSW, were looking at falls between 10 and 30mm, and something similar for NW SA. So while the Rain isnt as dramatic or heavy as previous days, its definitely still around and still falling in areas that have needed it. Every mm counts. Also, Heavy Rain is expected to return to SA starting Monday, so this isnt the end just yet either.
