Okay, this is what happens when people do not accept responsibility for their own actions and decisions when they get caught with their pants down around their ankles and then subsequently start casting blame and doubt on others, throwing them under busses (sorry, I know that phrase is tremendously over used). Apparently law enforcement officials did not appreciate it being insinuated that they did not do their jobs or honor the NFLs request for the video. Nor did the NFL apparently pursue acquiring it from the casino, like TMZ did...so when it surfaced then Roger disparaged TMZ and their source. Everyone has apparently grown weary of being blamed for Roger Goodells massive failure in handling this matter. The whole nasty ugly messy tangle has just snowballed. Nothing NEW was revealed (as they claimed Monday morning when they changed the punishment). Well, no new information. The only thing revealed was that no one had the stomach to actually look at what everyone all knew happened in the first place. No one who really needed to be, was remotely interested in pursing the truth. EPIC FAIL by the NFL and by anyone in charge of the execution of justice in this case. Professional athletes should not be allowed to live and conduct themselves above and beyond the law.
