#OldMejico did you #see da Eastern Ukraine Uprising - they always start from a reinforced position, elevated + w/ long rifles manned by snipers. Then further reinforced by heavy artillery - behind 1st defense position ... 1. Look up @ the top of the buildings ... : what do u see? If, already there = just waiting on the ORDER to open fire. Tactical = look defensive but r actually offensive and meant to cause maximum carnage / fear.
