On holiday, I always have my breakfast thoughtlessly. I have never intended what to eat and how to eat for fitness. Most time I eat bread and have a cup of coffee. And at times as I will be late, I so far as to don’t have time to have anything. I constantly have dinner at restaurant as I am so lazy to cook by myself. To be honest, lazy is for one thing, the other thing is actually I have no thought about cooking. I know the current condition of eating is bad for me. Last week I attended a lecture which paid close attention on health and diet. The chair tried hard to tell us the significance of the food everyday we intake and it’s full of delight and amusement when we are cooking food.
