Once I made a joke to say that my life is always with gardening and dog and only with. But lately, my thought changed. Occasionally, I obtained several books talking about the fat burning food, even though I am not very fat, I want to control my weight for the sake of fitness. I supposed the books must have some magic as I read them I can hardly lay them down just as you read the novel of harry potter from which I got the truth of protein, fat, condiment, snacks and drinks and so on.
