Once I made a joke to say that my life is always with gardening and dog and only with. But lately, my idea turned. Occasionally, I gained few books talking about the fat burning food, although I am not very fat, I want to manage my weight for the sake of health. I thought the books must have some magic as I read them I can hardly put them down just like you read the novel of harry potter from which I got the truth of protein, fat, condiment, snacks and drinks and so on.
