We are taught once the threat is over (when she starts trying to protect herself) it is NO LONGER a use of force situation. This was a VERY unfortunate case of an officer losing his temper and he SHOULD be made to pay for it. You cannot be expected to uphold the law if you are breaking it...but thats just my opinion.
