*Our first baby was born in November 1988. followed 13 months later by a sister. *My sons grandfather nicknamed him Gunsmoke from the TV show of that name. *The TV western centered around the main character -- Marshall Matt Dillon. *Our babys name was a reversal and alternate spelling of that lead characters name. *The TV western ran for 20 seasons from 1955 to 1975, and was the USAs longest running prime time, live-action drama until Law & Order tied it in 2010. *The background music in this video is The Theme From Gunsmoke. Our baby bought out the best in us including our humor. In 1988 we recorded this with a bulky Panasonic VHS camera weighing over 10 pounds and twice as big as a shoebox.
