✨Over head military press walk ✨ Theres just something powerful about these... I love them! You need a strong upper back and shoulders, while you can also really feel your core working. I got mine up to a very easy 50kg yesterday. I think Ill try go a little higher nicer week 💪 #winning A few of you asked me recently what these were, as theres not much information on the net about them. So your wish is my command.. I recorded myself yesterday doing them so you can see how to do them Make sure to clean the dumbells up to your shoulders (to avoid putting pressure on or hurting your lower back), then execute a push press to get the dumbells up over head. Keep your core tight at all times which will help you to stabilise the dumbells, dont forget to breathe properly and walk at a safe pace. Eh voila! I did the overhead walks as part of a HIIT circuit.. Heres what I did: ✨ 50kg prowler push sprint up and back on the pitch ✨ 50kg military walks up and back ✨ 250m row ✨ 10 decline push ups ✨ 20 rocket jumps ✨ 5 sets in total, no rest Sweaty Sunday Service!
