(Owned by a Friend): 1996 Dark Bay 16HH Thoroughbred Mare offered for sale to an approved home. She is fully sound and rideable, but is seeking a RETIREMENT home. Shes great in a mixed herd with all ages and is a superior companion for youngsters or older horses. She requires little to no maintenance short of regular horse care. Superb ground manners and stands well for the farrier. She does have a few quirks and vices, which is ultimately her search for a requirement/pasture ornament type home. Vices include she does not tie, and she is a weaver when confined. Vaccinated and [negative] coggins within the past 2 months. Relatively easy keeper and has put on about 200 lbs since the photo was taken. Owner has competition goals and needs to make room for better suited horses. Serious interest only.
