They have found that the only viable means of mass genocide is through deception. Of course the chemtrails secondary purpose it appears to be to spread disease, weaken our immune system , and interact with HAARP to alter the weather. The main goal is to fill the sky with aluminium and barium to make a screen so holograms can appear very real to those that view them. In order to make interstellar travel believable which nobody was buying, nobody understanding these vast distances in space could even remotely conceive that somebody from some other star can make the journey form their planet to here. Not only that but nobody could understand how they could even find this planet and want to come here given the billions and billions of choices that there are in the universe .
