***PLEASE READ**** If anybody is looking to move into large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in One51 Place in Alachua, we are looking for somebody to take over the remainder of our lease (through June 20th). This is an awesome opportunity if you are looking for a nice 3 bedroom apartment as we are in probably the most desirable unit in the complex. It is on the ground floor, on the end corner of the very last building with direct access from your sliding glass door to the parking lot making it extremely easy to move in as well as those really nasty days when you have a huge load of groceries to bring in quickly :) Also, being at the end of the complex, its not only quiet with TONS of open parking, but it also gives you access to a huge grassy area almost like having your own small park right outside! We actually had to be on a waiting list to get this unit so it wont last long, and if you go through us, you can move in asap without having to put a security deposit down AND you will assume our discounted monthly rent of only $1050/ month as we moved in on a special!! I wish we would have had this opportunity when we moved in as it really is the easiest, and cheapest way to get into what I would say is the best unit in One51 Place. It is the Grey carpet/ countertop theme which we thought was the nicest and you will have access to the apartments INDOOR basketball Court, nicely equipped gym, and large pool! If you havent already, check out their website for full details on the complex, amenities, floorpan, etc. at one51place They have a very limited quantity of 3 bedrooms and I believe we are the only one that will even be available for the next 6 months. If you or anybody you know is looking for a nice, quiet, upscale 3 bedroom apartment, please contact me as soon as possible. We would love to stay and probably renew our lease, but we found a house in High Springs near family that could really use our help that we cannot pass up so we need to move in to get this house as soon as possible.
